This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how subscription cancellations, refunds, licensing purchases, and kids content access are handled for ChimeBASS (“Service”), operated by Durant Digital LLC, a Wyoming company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
Because ChimeBASS provides instant access to digital content, including wellness audio, kids content, AI-generated insights, licensed music tracks, and streaming tools, all purchases are considered final unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds are not issued for subscription fees, music licensing fees, or digital product purchases.**
This includes:

Kids content access
Once access is granted or content is delivered, the product is considered used.
2. Subscription Cancellations

4. Music Licensing Refunds

Once a license is issued, it cannot be revoked or refunded.

5. Kids Content Subscriptions
For safety and compliance:

No refunds are issued for unintended use by children under a shared account.
6. Billing Disputes

Apple and Google handle all refunds for subscriptions purchased through their ecosystems.

Outstanding time on a subscription is forfeited.
